  • Director (Project): Degree in Engineering / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Post Graduate / MBA, with 20 years total experience including minimum 5 years in energy sector
  • Director (Operation): Degree in Engineering, with 15–17 years total experience including minimum 2 years at General Manager / Chief Engineer level
  • Director (Finance): Chartered Accountant / Cost and Management Accountant, with 15–17 years total experience in finance and accounts including minimum 2 years at General Manager / Chief Engineer level
  • Director (Human Resource): Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA in Personnel Management / Human Resources / Industrial Relations, with 15–17 years total experience in HR / Administration including minimum 2 years at General Manager / Chief Engineer level
  • Age Limit (all Director posts): Minimum 45 years, Maximum 60 years

Selection Process & Screening Clause
