Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Medical Officer: Qualification – MBBS; Experience – Minimum 03 years after internship. Preferred additional qualifications in Medicine/Surgery.
• Lab Assistant: Qualification – BSc; DMLT/Class I Laboratory Tech Course (Armed Forces); Experience – Minimum 5 years in laboratory.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Applications are invited offline. All eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the prescribed qualifications and experience. Shortlisted applicants will appear for a personal interview on 30 October 2026 at OIC, Station HQ (ECHS Cell), Dharamsala. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview. Only candidates meeting the qualitative requirements will be called for the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Additionally, for this recruitment candidates are required to bring original educational certificates, work experience certificates, medical fitness certificate (duly signed by CMO/SEMO), character certificate, discharge book, PPO, service records, and passport‑size colour photographs to the interview.
