Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Master Tugs (Class – I): Certificate of Competency as Master (NCV) or Mate of a foreign going ship issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Cochin Port Authority reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
  • The selection may include a written test and/or personal interview.
  • Candidature is provisional and subject to verification of original certificates, medical fitness, and meeting eligibility criteria.
