  • Delhi Technological University has announced 1 vacancy for the post of Laboratory Technician under the National Quantum Mission (NQM) project in the Department of Applied Physics.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Laboratory Technician: Candidates must possess a B.Sc. or Three years Diploma in Engineering and Technology from a recognized university or institution.
  • Age Limit: The upper age limit for the Laboratory Technician position is 50 years. Age relaxation, if any, will be applicable as per DST and DTU norms.
  • The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project (60 months or completion of the project, whichever is earlier).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting of Applications: All received applications will be scrutinized for eligibility. Only shortlisted candidates meeting the prescribed qualifications will be called for interview.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview. The interview date and schedule will be communicated via email to the shortlisted candidates.
  • Document Verification: Candidates must bring original degree certificates, experience certificates, and all supporting documents at the time of document verification during the interview.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

  • Download the application form attached to the Delhi Technological University Laboratory Technician Official Notification PDF.
  • Fill out the application form completely and accurately.
  • Prepare a resume containing complete qualifications, CGPA or percentage marks, and experience details.
  • Compile the following documents into a single PDF file: filled application form, resume, soft copies of all degree certificates from high school (10th) onwards, and proof indicating date of birth.
  • Email the single PDF file to [email protected] on or before 27 October 2026.
  • Ensure the subject line of the email is strictly stated as: "Application for Laboratory Technician position".

  • Filled Application Form in the prescribed format attached to the official notification
  • Resume with complete qualifications, CGPA / percentage marks, and experience details
  • Soft copies of all degree certificates from high school (10th) onwards
  • Proof indicating date of birth (Matriculation certificate / Birth certificate)
  • Original degree certificates and experience certificates at the time of verification during the interview

Important Instructions

  • The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project (60 months or project completion, whichever is earlier).
  • Candidates must ensure their eligibility before appearing for the interview.
  • No TA/DA is admissible for attending the interview.
