Age Limit

  • Minimum 18 years and maximum 44 years as on 01/07/2026 (all five posts). Age relaxation:
  • SC, ST, BC and EWS: 5 years (10 years for SC/ST carried-forward vacancies of Hostel Welfare Officer).
  • Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PBD): 10 years.
  • Ex-servicemen and NCC instructors: length of service rendered in the armed forces/NCC plus 3 years is deducted from age.
  • Regular A.P. State Government employees: length of regular service (maximum 5 years) is deducted from age.
  • Retrenched temporary employees of the State Census Department with at least 6 months' service: 3 years.

Selection Process

  • Written examination in online CBRT mode (no screening test).
  • Hostel Welfare Officer: district-wise merit lists, then certificate verification by the District Collector/authorities and the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
  • ASWO/ATWO: selection on merit in the written exam, subject to qualifying the CPT.
