  • The above remuneration is taxable as per prevailing norms. Project manpower is not entitled to any allowances such as Bonus, Gratuity, LTC, DA, CCA, etc., and no encashment of leave is applicable.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Applicants must fulfill one of the following qualification criteria for the Senior Project Associate post:
  • Option A: Master's Degree in Engineering or Technology from a recognized university or equivalent, plus two years of experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations, and scientific activities and services.
  • Option B: Master's Degree in Science from a recognized university or equivalent, plus three years of experience in R&D in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations, and scientific activities and services.
  • Option C: Doctoral Degree in Science / Engineering / Technology from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Age Limit: The upper age limit is 50 years. Age relaxation applies as per Government of India (GOI) norms. Candidates who have completed their degree with the requisite educational qualifications only need to apply.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be based on a Walk-In Interview scheduled for 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM. Candidates must first submit their application online by 25 October 2026 before appearing for the interview.
  • Attend the walk-in interview at IIT Indore campus with an updated CV, original certificates, self-attested copies of all supporting documents, and a recent passport-size photograph.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
  • Mere possession of essential qualifications does not entitle any candidate to be considered eligible for the post.
  • IIT Indore reserves the right to not fill up or cancel the advertised post without assigning any reason.
