  • Post Name: Gram Panchayat Sachiv
  • Educational Qualification: Pass the Higher Secondary Board Examination (Class 12th / 12th standard) and hold a one-year diploma in Data Entry Operator / Programming from a government-recognized institution.
  • Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age relaxation is applicable for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), and female candidates as per directives issued by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
  • Experience Weightage (Merit Calculation): Rozgar Sahayak work experience will be given a weightage of 15 marks (3 marks per year, up to a maximum of 5 years; minimum 9 months of service considered as one year).

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection is based on a merit list prepared according to marks obtained in specified criteria, followed by a computer skill test. The detailed merit determination criteria are as follows:
  • Higher Secondary (12th) Marks: 50 percent weightage
  • Higher Educational Qualification Weightage: 10 marks total (Graduation: 05 marks; Post-Graduation: 05 marks)
  • Computer Skill Test Marks: 25 percent weightage
  • Rozgar Sahayak Work Experience: 15 marks (3 marks per year up to a maximum of 5 years; 01 month to minimum 09 months of service is considered)
  • Screening Clause: For every one post, 10 candidates will be called for the computer skill test based on merit ranking. In case of a tie in merit, the older candidate in age will be given priority.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the computer skill test.
  • Probation: Selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of 2 years, which may be extended up to 5 years as per applicable rules.
