Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification:Engineering Graduate or Science Graduate with a good academic record from a recognized University or Institute.MBA qualification is desirable and will have an added advantage.
  • Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience at a senior management level in Technical, Operational, Large-scale Infrastructure Management, or Logistics functions in an organization of repute.Preference for candidates with 5 years of experience in the Aviation Sector during the last 10 years.
  • Employment Status:Must be employed in a regular capacity in a CPSE, Central Govt Group 'A' Service (Armed/All India Services), Public Sector Bank, Financial Institution, Autonomous Body, or State PSE/Private Company with a turnover of Rs. 2,000 crore or more.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Shortlisting of applicants by the Ministry of Civil Aviation based on extant guidelines.
  • Interview by the Ministry of Civil Aviation.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

  • Prescribed Application Form with passport-size photograph.
  • Self-attested copies of Age, Qualification, and Experience certificates.
  • Private Sector candidates must attach 3 years of annual reports and evidence of Board-level experience.
