Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Primary Teacher (PRT):Senior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed); ORSenior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.); ORSenior Secondary (or equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education); ORGraduation with at least 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).Must have qualified the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET).Proficiency to teach through Hindi and English Medium.
  • Desirable Qualifications:Knowledge of Computer Applications.Working knowledge of English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be done through a Walk-in Interview scheduled for 07 November 2026. The primary objective is to prepare a panel for contractual appointments for the upcoming academic session. Candidates must register on the KVS Samvida Sathi portal prior to the interview. No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation Certificate / Birth Certificate.
  • All original Degrees and Mark Sheets.
  • Original CTET Certificate.
  • Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable).
  • One recent passport-size photograph.
  • Valid Photo ID (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN).
  • One set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents.
  • Updated Resume/Bio-data.
