Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• All posts are purely contractual in nature, initially for a period of 6 months and extendable up to 15 months based on performance. Completion of the contract period will not confer any right for further extension, regularization, or permanency at the Institute.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection mode and testing of applicants for shortlisting and selection shall be decided by the Institute.
• Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a test or interview.
• The nature of the screening test (written test, technical interview, or both) will be communicated by the Institute to shortlisted candidates via the registered email address.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for any test or interview.

• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable, for reserved category candidates)
• No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer if working in any project at IIT Madras
