Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • CEOs in Autonomous Bodies: Essential – Degree in Mechanical/Production Engg or equivalent; Desirable – PG in Engineering/Technology/Management. Experience – 15 years in Production/Training Dept. of a Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry of which 10 years in a responsible technical/Management position.
  • General Manager, CTTC, Kolkata: Essential – Degree in Mechanical/Production Engg or equivalent; Desirable – PG in Engineering/Technology/Management. Experience – 15 years in Production/Training Dept. of a Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry of which 10 years in a responsible technical/Management position.
  • Principal Director, FFDC, Kannauj: Essential – Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry/ Botany/ Agronomy or degree in Chemical Technology/Chemical Engg/Agriculture Engg; Desirable – Doctoral degree in Chemistry/ Botany/ Agronomy or PG in Chemical Technology/ Chemical Engg./Agricultural Engg. or PG Diploma/ Degree in Management/ Computer Science. Experience – 15 years in a responsible position in an industrial establishment dealing with fine chemicals/phyto‑chemicals/aromatics etc.
  • Principal Director, CDGI, Firozabad: Essential – Degree in Ceramic/ Silicate/ Glass Technology or equivalent with 15 years experience in production/research in a glass manufacturing unit/ceramic industry/R&D organization. Desirable – PG in Ceramic/ Silicate/ Glass Technology or Management. Experience – 15 years in Production/Training Dept. of a Tool Room/reputed Engineering Industry of which 10 years in a responsible technology/Management position.

  • Director, CFTI, Agra: Essential – Degree in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology from a recognized University or equivalent and 7 years experience in responsible capacity in footwear training institution OR Diploma in Leather Technology/Diploma in Footwear Technology from recognized institution and 12 years experience. Desirable – PG Diploma in Business Management; Experience in teaching/conducting training programmes. Experience – 15 years (as per essential) with 10 years in a managerial position.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be conducted purely on the basis of a direct interview followed by document verification. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates.
