Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Post: Hospital Manager
  • Minimum Qualification: MBBS / BDS graduate.
  • Specialization Required: Master's degree in Hospital Administration OR MPH in Public Health Management.
  • Experience: Minimum three (03) years of relevant experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or hospital operations.
  • Additional Skills: Proficiency in English, computer literacy, and knowledge of Government rules, legislation, policies, and healthcare regulations.
  • Domicile Preference: Candidates holding a Domicile Certificate of Daman & Diu will be given preference.
  • Desirable: Training and experience in JCI/NABH/NQAS accreditation implementation; two letters of recommendation from previous employers.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection of candidates will be done solely on the basis of Interview.
  • Only shortlisted eligible candidates will be called for the interview.
  • The Selection Committee reserves the right to relax the eligibility criteria if found fit.
  • TA/DA Clause: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview.

  • Self-attested photocopy of Education Qualification certificates (Degree & Marksheets).

  • Experience Certificate for 03 years.
  • Attested copy of Proof of Date of Birth and Category Certificate.
  • Attested copy of Domicile Certificate (Mamlatdar, Daman/Diu/DNH) for preference.
