Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management.
• Mandatory Skill: Proficiency in Computers.
• Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as on 01 January 2026. (Age relaxation as per bank/Government rules).
• Service Bond: Selected candidate must execute a bond to serve the bank for a minimum period of one year.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Merit List Preparation: Based on academic weightage (maximum 50 marks) calculated from percentage of marks obtained in High School, Higher Secondary, Graduation, Post-Graduation, and additional qualifications.
• Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original certificates for verification.
• Medical Fitness Test: Candidates must submit a medical fitness certificate from a District Hospital Medical Board before joining.
• No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be paid for attending document verification or joining.
