Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Overseer Grade II (Civil):3-year recognised Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification; ORSSLC or equivalent qualification together with one of the following:A Kerala Government certificate (two-year course).A Draftsman trade diploma from an 18-month course (with 6 months of practical training) at an Industrial Training Institute or Centre run under the Ministry of Labour, Government of India.
  • Age Limit: Between 18 and 40 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Candidates must report at 09:00 AM at the University Administration Section (ADA 4 Section).
  • The Walk-in Interview will commence at 10:00 AM in the Vice Chancellor's Chamber.
  • Selection will be based directly on the Interview and verification of original documents.
  • Terms of Engagement: The engagement is temporary for a period of 90 days or until a regular candidate selected by the Kerala Public Service Commission joins, whichever is earlier.
  • TA/DA: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original SSLC / Matriculation Certificate as Proof of Age.
  • Original Diploma in Civil Engineering Certificate and Mark Sheets (if applicable).
  • Original SSLC Certificate along with Kerala Government 2-year Certificate OR Draftsman Trade Diploma (if applicable).
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN Card).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs.
