Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification:12th Class Pass (for General/OBC candidates).10th Class Pass for ST/SC candidates.Must possess a Diploma/Certificate (PGDCA/DCA/IT) from a recognized institution OR a minimum of 6 months of experience as a Panchayat Data Entry Operator.
  • Desirable Experience: Experience working in government rural development schemes.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 40 years as on 01 January 2026.
  • Residency Requirement: Candidate must be a native resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat where the vacancy exists.
  • Physical Requirement: No physical disability is acceptable as the post is field-based.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection will be based purely on a merit list calculated from the following criteria (Total 100 Marks):
  • 70% Weightage: Marks obtained in the minimum required educational qualification.
  • 15 Marks: For experience in government rural development schemes.
  • 15 Marks: For a one-year diploma/certificate or Data Entry Operator experience.
  • Note: Applications will be rejected if not received from the concerned Gram Panchayat or if the candidate has more than one living spouse. No TA/DA will be paid for the application or document verification process.

  • Self-attested copies of mark sheets and educational certificates.
  • Permanent residence certificate of the candidate.
  • Experience certificate issued by competent authority (if applicable).
