1. Educational Qualification

  • Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • ITI Certificate in Electrician Trade or Wireman Trade from NCVT/SCVT.
  • Punjabi Language: Must have passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation level.

2. Age Limit (as of 01/01/2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 Years | Maximum Age: 37 Years
  • Age relaxation applicable as per Punjab Government rules:
  • SC/BC: 5 years
  • Ex-Servicemen: Deduction of service period + 3 years
  • PWD: 10 years
  • Women (Widow/Divorced): Up to 40 years
