Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Eligibility is determined as on 01.11.2026. The post is open only to ex-employees of RCF Ltd.
• Retirement Grade: The applicant should have retired from the post of Chief Manager or above from RCF.
• Experience: Hands-on experience in Maintenance and Operations in Electrical Department within RCF for not less than 10 years.
• Educational Qualification: The official notification does not specify a minimum educational qualification.
• Age Limit: The applicant's age shall be below 65 years while applying. A superannuated employee shall be engaged as an Advisor maximum up to the age of 65 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection for the RCF Advisor – Electrical post is through a Personal Interview. Candidates who fulfil the minimum criteria will be shortlisted, and only shortlisted candidates who are prima facie eligible, based on their application form, will be informed through electronic mode. The interview may be conducted through Personal Interview, Video Conferencing or Online Mode.
• Candidates need a minimum average of 50% marks in the interview to qualify. Meeting the minimum eligibility does not by itself entitle a candidate to take part in the selection process, and RCF Ltd's decision on eligibility and shortlisting is final. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

How to Apply

• Fill in the application form in the format given at Annexure – I of the advertisement, with details of age, date of birth, work experience etc.
• Attach the filled application form, scanned copies of documents supporting age, date of birth and work experience, and the service certificate issued by RCF at the time of superannuation.
• Send the email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Post applied for - Advisor – Electrical on contract basis".
• Ensure the email is received by 16 November 2026 at 17:00 hours.
• Applications sent to any other e-mail ID will be rejected and a physical form of application will not be accepted. Candidates must have a valid email ID which cannot be changed after application submission; all communication about the selection process will be sent to that email address.

• Scanned copies of documents in support of age and date of birth.
• Scanned copies of documents in support of work experience.
• Service certificate issued by RCF at the time of superannuation.
• Valid Email ID for application submission.
• Details once submitted in the application form are final; requests to change correspondence address, email address or mobile number will not be entertained. RCF will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the interview intimation sent through electronic mode. Admission to the selection process does not mean RCF is satisfied about the candidate's eligibility. RCF Ltd reserves the right to cancel, restrict, enlarge or modify the appointment/selection process without notice. Canvassing in any form at any stage is a disqualification.
