Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Data Entry Operator (Contract):
  • Must hold a Degree or Diploma from a recognised University/Institution.
  • Must possess a Certificate in Computer Course of not less than 6 months from a Government recognised Institution. Note: If computer is a subject of study in the Degree Course, the Computer Course Certificate requirement is exempted.
  • Desirable Qualification: Experience in the fields of Software / Hardware.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection of candidates for the post of Data Entry Operator (Contract) will be based on the screening of applications by Sreenarayanaguru Open University. Shortlisted candidates will be informed directly. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the selection or verification process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree / Diploma Certificates and Consolidated Mark Sheets
  • Computer Course Certificate (not less than 6 months) from a Government recognised Institution
  • Experience Certificates in Software / Hardware (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Kerala Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN Card)
  • Upload all required credentials on the official SGOU portal while filling the online application
