Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Senior Residents (Medical candidates): Postgraduate Medical Degree – MD/MS/DNB/MDS in the respective specialty, obtained from a recognized institution.
• Senior Demonstrators (Non-Medical candidates): M.Sc./M.Biotech or Master's Degree in the concerned subject with a Ph.D. in the same subject from a recognized university.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (as on the closing date).
• Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years | SC/ST – 5 years | PwBD (General) – 10 years | PwBD (OBC) – 13 years | PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Application Scrutiny: AIIMS Rewari will scrutinize all submitted applications and supporting documents for eligibility and completeness.
• Interview (100 Marks): Eligible and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview carrying 100 marks. The schedule for the interview will be communicated after document scrutiny.
• Document Verification: Candidates selected on the basis of the interview will undergo verification of original documents at AIIMS Rewari.
• No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for the interview or document verification process.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• MD/MS/DNB/MDS Certificate for Medical posts; M.Sc./M.Biotech with Ph.D. Certificate for Non-Medical posts.
• All degree and consolidated mark sheets for the relevant qualifications.
• Valid Category/Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable for age relaxation).
• Experience Certificate on official letterhead (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs and valid photo ID proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
• Self-attested photocopies of all documents as specified in the official notification.
• The completed offline application form must reach AIIMS Rewari by 29 October 2026 via Speed Post or Registered Post only.

3. What is the application fee structure for AIIMS Rewari SR/02/2026?

• General / OBC candidates must pay Rs. 1,500/-. SC / ST / EWS candidates must pay Rs. 1,000/-. PwBD candidates are exempted from the application fee.

5. What is the salary for AIIMS Rewari Senior Resident and Senior Demonstrator posts?

• Medical candidates (Senior Residents with MD/MS/DNB/MDS) will receive Pay Level 11 – Rs. 67,700/- per month. Non-Medical Senior Demonstrators (M.Sc. with Ph.D.) will receive Pay Level 10 – Rs. 56,100/- per month. The applicable pay level depends on the category of the candidate and the post.

6. What is the selection process for AIIMS Rewari SR/02/2026?

• The selection process involves three stages: (1) Scrutiny of applications and documents, (2) Interview carrying 100 marks for shortlisted candidates, and (3) Document verification for selected candidates. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
