Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Ph.D. in Marketing demonstrating strong research competence and subject expertise
  • First Class performance throughout from a reputed institute or university, completed in regular mode
  • At least one research publication in a peer-reviewed journal (national or international)
  • Desirable Qualifications:
  • Research experience in publishing high-quality papers in the marketing domain
  • Proficiency in qualitative research methods and experiments
  • Ability to use SPSS, MAXQDA, SmartPLS, Qualtrics, and Prolific for data collection and analysis

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Applications are screened for eligibility based on qualifications, publications, and research competence
  • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via email for an online interview
  • The final selection will be based on the performance in the online interview
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview
  • Canvassing through any means will lead to immediate rejection

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Ph.D. Degree Certificate in Marketing (regular mode)
  • Evidence of peer-reviewed research publication (national or international)
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV) – uploaded with online application
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Important Instructions:
  • This is a purely contractual position for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance and institute requirements
  • Incomplete or ineligible applications will be rejected without intimation
  • Applications received after 25 October 2026 will be summarily rejected
  • Only online applications will be accepted; no other mode is permitted
  • The selected candidate must relocate to the Lucknow Campus for the duration of the contract

3. What is the monthly salary for the Research Associate post?

  • The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly fellowship of Rs. 60,000/- plus HRA as per applicable norms of the institute.
