• Research Associate:Essential Qualification: Ph.D. in Food Technology / Food Processing / Food Engineering or a relevant discipline.Preferred Experience: Research experience during Ph.D./Postdoctoral research in plant proteins, protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, meat analogues, or related areas.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Important Note: The position is purely temporary for 2 years and does not confer any claim for regular appointment at the University. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
