• Total number of Assistant Manager vacancies is 2 (two), with one post reserved for Scheduled Tribe (ST) and one for Scheduled Caste (SC) candidates.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Citizens.
• Post: Assistant ManagerRequired Qualification: M.Com or MBA with knowledge of computer application.Essential Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputed organization.Desirable Experience: Project management, team handling, MIS reporting, regulatory compliance, or any domain-specific tasks.
• Other Requirements:Good knowledge of MS Office tools and relevant software/applications.Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years as on 30 October 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection process will involve an interview with shortlisted candidates after application scrutiny.
• Original certificates and testimonials must be produced at the time of the interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Shortlisted candidates may be required to join immediately upon selection.
• Shortlisting is based on educational qualification, experience, and other criteria as deemed necessary by TIDCL.
