Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Application screening and shortlisting: GSL will screen the received applications and shortlist candidates. Management may determine the shortlisting criteria and raise the eligibility threshold. Merely meeting the prescribed qualifications does not guarantee an interview call.
• Interview call: Shortlisted candidates will receive the personal-interview call letter only by email at the address registered in the application. Candidates should regularly check the email address provided.
• Personal interview: The notification specifies a personal interview and does not prescribe a separate written examination.
• Travel allowance: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates called for the personal interview.
• Result and updates: Eligible candidate names, interview details, roll numbers, and selections will be published under Notice Board → Careers → Advertisement on the GSL website.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• The completed application form must be supported by the following documents:
• Identity Proof
• Address Proof
• Copy of the Educational Qualification Certificate
• Copy of the Service Verification Certificate
• Copy of the Last Pay Certificate
• Documents supporting the claims regarding age, experience, and qualification
• Recent photograph affixed on the application form
• Write the notice number, date, and applicable Consultant post at the top of the form. Complete the personal, contact, education, employment, and reference details, sign the declaration, and sign every page if an additional sheet is attached. The completed form and enclosures must reach General Manager (HR&A), Goa Shipyard Limited, Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa – 403802, by 05 November 2026.

Important Instructions

• Management reserves the right to fill, leave vacant, increase, or reduce the number of notified posts.
• Applications containing false or fabricated information may be rejected, and an appointee may be terminated if false information is discovered after selection.

3. What is the application fee?
