General Eligibility (Both Posts)

• Nationality: Indian Citizen (Articles 5-8 of the Constitution), preferably a resident of Assam.
• Age Limit: Not less than 21 years and not more than 35 years as on 01-01-2026. No age relaxation specified.
• Other Requirements: Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of the State of Assam.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Selection will be based on an Interview/Personality Test/Skill Test with a maximum of 100 marks, consisting of the following three tasks:
• The selection test will be held at 10:30 AM on 12 November 2026 in the office of the District Commissioner, West Karbi Anglong, Hamren. Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview/test through official notification/communication only. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the selection process. The decision of the Selection Committee/Competent Authority in all matters will be final and binding.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Fill in the application in the Standard Application Format.
• Attach self-attested copies of all relevant testimonials, educational qualifications (HSLC onwards), age proof, and experience certificates.
• Attach Employment Exchange Registration Certificate of the State of Assam.
• Attach a recent passport-sized photograph.
• Drop the complete application in the Drop Box at the Office of the District Commissioner, West Karbi Anglong during office hours on or before 07-11-2026.
• Incomplete applications or applications without supporting documents will be rejected summarily. Applications received after the last date will not be entertained. Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
• Engagement is purely temporary and contractual for 12 months. Selected candidates will have no claim to regular appointment or absorption in Government service. Joining must be immediate after the engagement order is issued.
