Syllabus Highlights – Tier-1 & Tier-2

  • Tier-1: General Reasoning (Analogies, Coding, Series), Numeric Ability (Number System, Percentage, SI-CI), Computer Literacy (MS Office, Internet), General Knowledge (Current Affairs, History, Polity, Science), Language Competency (English/Hindi Grammar, Vocabulary).
  • Tier-2: Subject Knowledge (PGT: PG level in subject; TGT: Graduation level; PRT: Senior Secondary). Descriptive: Essay, Precis, Letter Writing.

Selection Process

  • Tier-1: Qualifying screening (1:10 shortlist for Tier-2)
  • Tier-2: Subject exam (1:3 for Interview)
  • Interview: 100 marks (for PGT/TGT/PRT/Admin)
  • Skill Test: Typing/Shorthand (qualifying for Steno/JSA)
  • Merit: Tier-2 (85%) + Interview (15%)
