Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection of candidates will be carried out through the following process:
  • Scrutiny of Applications: Verification of submitted applications against eligibility norms.
  • Shortlisting: Shortlisting of eligible candidates based on a 1:5 ratio for the interview stage.
  • Interview: Personal interview by the designated Selection Committee.
  • Note: Display of shortlisted candidates is scheduled for 6 November 2026. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending the interview. Any form of canvassing will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates must ensure the following documents are enclosed with their hard copy application:
  • Detailed Bio-data and Academic Performance Sheet.
  • Photocopies of all relevant certificates and documents.
  • Recent passport-size photograph.
  • Original Matriculation Certificate as proof of date of birth (verify).
  • Valid Category/Caste Certificate (if applicable).
