Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Professor: Ph.D. in relevant discipline, prescribed publications, research credentials, NET qualification, and teaching/research experience; alternative route for outstanding professionals.
  • Associate Professor: Relevant Ph.D., Master's Degree with 55% marks, NET qualification, 8 years prescribed experience, and publication/research requirements.
  • Assistant Professor: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks in relevant discipline, NET/SLET/SET qualification, and experience as applicable.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection involves application screening, shortlisting, and interview or other assessment methods. No TA/DA will be paid. Document verification is required.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

What is the application fee?

  • Rs. 1,000 for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS; No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

What is the salary?

  • Rs. 57,700 - Rs. 2,18,200 per month as per pay matrix.
