Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Dental Assistant (NOHP): 10+2 with Science subjects (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) from a recognized board (full-time) AND Dental Chair side Assistant Diploma OR 3-5 years of experience in a Dental College/Clinic.
  • Dispenser Ayurvedic (AYUSH): Degree or Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy (minimum 2-year course) from a recognized institution. Must be registered with State Government Ayurvedic regulatory Boards/Councils AND possess 2 years of experience as an Ayurvedic Pharmacist/Dispenser.
  • Pharmacist (NUHM): D-Pharma or Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized University AND One year Diploma in Computer Applications. Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the U.T. Chandigarh Pharmacy Council.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process for these contractual positions will be based on a written test carrying a total of 100 marks. The list of eligible candidates and the specific schedule for the written test will be published on the official website on 20 November 2026.
  • Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Candidates must submit their bio-data using the official application format along with the following:
  • Original/Self-attested photocopies of all academic certificates from 10th grade onwards.
  • Valid registration certificates from the respective Pharmacy or Ayurvedic Councils.
  • Relevant experience certificates on official letterheads.
  • One recent attested passport-size photograph.
  • Applications should be sent via post or submitted by hand to: O/o Mission Director, National Health Mission, 4th Floor, Administrative Block, Govt. Multi Speciality Hospital, Sector-16, Chandigarh.
