Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Walk-In Registration: Candidates must report between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM on the walk-in date assigned to their post. Registration will close at 10:00 AM.
• MCQ Written Test (Conditional): In case the number of eligible candidates exceeds the shortlist capacity, an MCQ test will be conducted to shortlist candidates for the interview. The nature, syllabus, and duration of the MCQ test are not detailed in the official notice.
• Personal Interview: Candidates shortlisted from the MCQ test (if held) or directly if numbers are manageable will face a personal interview.
• Document Verification: Original educational and experience certificates will be verified on the day of the walk-in interview.

• Pharmacist Registration Certificate under the Pharmacy Act 1948 (for Pharmacist post only)
• Arrive at the venue before 10:00 AM on your assigned walk-in date — late arrivals will not be entertained
• This is a contractual engagement through an outsourcing agency, initially for 6 months, extendable as required — it is not a permanent government post
• Candidates should be prepared to work shift duties, including night shifts, where specified (Pharmacist)

3. Is there an application fee for SBC Exports Recruitment 2026?

5. What is the salary structure for the posts?

• Monthly remuneration ranges from Rs. 20,644 to Rs. 35,000 depending on the post. Scientific Assistant (CSSD) pays Rs. 30,000/month. Scientific Officer posts (Microbiology, Programmer) pay Rs. 35,000/month. No HRA, DA, or additional allowances are stated in the notification.

6. What documents are mandatory for the walk-in interview?
