Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Shortlisted candidates will be informed by email to appear in an online interview.
• The online interview will be held on 23 November 2026 from 10:00 AM onwards.
• The notification does not describe any additional screening stage (written test or skill test) beyond the online interview.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the online interview.

• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
• CSIR-UGC NET / GATE / National-level Examination Qualification Proof (for Senior Research Fellow)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

5. What is the salary structure for RCB Recruitment 2026?

• Field Worker receives Rs. 18,000 per month plus 27% HRA. Senior Research Fellow receives Rs. 42,000 per month plus 27% HRA.

6. What are the qualifications required for the Senior Research Fellow post?

• A Post Graduate degree in Basic Science or Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in professional courses, selected through CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship) and GATE, or through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and agencies (DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc.) with minimum 2 years research experience.
