  • Ground Maintenance Personnel (2 Posts): Educational Qualification: 8th class pass Experience: Work experience in ground maintenance is desirable (not mandatory) Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on the date of notification Age Relaxation: SC/ST and other reserved categories as per existing Government and University rules Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Candidates will be selected through a direct interview to be held on 10 November 2026 at 02:00 PM in the VC's Conference Hall, Mahatma Gandhi University Headquarters, Kottayam.
  • Candidates must carry all original documents proving age, educational qualification, work experience, and reservation category for verification at the time of interview.
  • No prior application form or online registration is required; candidates must physically appear at the venue on the scheduled date.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the walk-in interview.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • 8th Class Pass Certificate (Educational Qualification Proof)
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Government prescribed format (if applicable)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
  • Report to the VC's Conference Hall, Mahatma Gandhi University Headquarters, Kottayam on 10 November 2026 by 02:00 PM with all original documents. Candidates arriving after the reporting time may not be allowed to participate in the interview.
