Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• The contract is for a duration of one year for Ex-Servicemen and 11 months for civil candidates. Remuneration is fixed and does not include additional allowances unless specified in the contract.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Medical Specialist: MD/MS in the concerned specialist discipline or DNB, with a minimum of 03 years of experience in the specialty after post-graduation.
• Female Attendant: Literate, with a minimum of 05 years of relevant work experience.
• Safai Wala: Literate, with a minimum of 05 years of relevant work experience.
• Peon: Education up to Class 8th, GD Trade from Armed Forces, with a minimum of 05 years of experience.
• Age limits: Maximum 70 years for Medical Specialist; maximum 55 years for Female Attendant, Safai Wala, and Peon posts. Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen as per applicable government rules.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for all four posts at ECHS Dehradun is based on a personal interview to be conducted on 28 October 2026. Candidates must report at 09:30 hrs, and the interview will be held between 10:00 and 14:00 hrs at the OIC, ECHS Dehradun Cell, Station Headquarters Clement Town, Dehradun.
• Only shortlisted candidates whose offline applications are received by 23 October 2026 at 16:00 hrs will be considered for the interview.
• Candidates must bring all original certificates and mark sheets at the time of the interview for document verification.
• Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
