Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Note: Age relaxation is applicable for SC (5 years), ST (5 years), and BC (5 years) categories.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• For Outsiders: Graduate from any recognized University with a pass in the A.P. Government Technical Examination in English Typewriting (Higher Grade). Candidates must possess working knowledge of computer operation.
• For Retired Employees: Retired Ministerial Officers who served as Typist-and-Assistant, available at district headquarters, provided they have not attained 65 years of age. Must possess computer operation knowledge.
• Physical Requirement: Candidate must be of sound health, active habits, and free from bodily defects or infirmity.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Typing Test: Candidates will undergo a skill test in typing as the case may be.
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview before the Selection Committee.
• Note: Selection is made on a temporary basis (Contract). No TA/DA will be paid to candidates to attend the interview.

How to Apply Offline

• Download the prescribed Bio-data/Application proforma from the official notification PDF.
• Fill in all details completely and affix a recent passport-size photograph attested by a Gazetted Officer, along with one detachable photograph.
• Enclose all required attested copies of certificates (Age, Caste, Educational, Technical, and Service).
• Attach a self-addressed envelope with postage of Rs. 40/- for Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due.
• Address the application to: The Chairman-and-Prl. District Judge, District Legal Services Authority, Nyaya Seva Sadan, District Court Compound, Kurnool.
• Send the application via Registered Post, hand delivery (under acknowledgment), or Courier so that it reaches the office by 20 November 2026, up to 5:00 PM.
