How to Download

  • Follow these simple steps to download your IBPS Clerk Prelims Hall Ticket 2026:
  • Go to the official IBPS website: www.ibps.in
  • Navigate to the CRP CSA-XVI section or click on the “Call Letter” link on the homepage.
  • Find the link titled “IBPS Clerk Prelims Call Letter 2026” and click it.
  • Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Password / Date of Birth (as per the credentials used during registration).

Documents to Carry

  • On the day of the exam, you must carry the following items. Missing any one may lead to denial of entry:
  • Printed copy of the IBPS Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2026 (with your photograph affixed on it).
  • Photocopy of a valid photo identity proof (stapled with the admit card).
  • Original valid photo ID (same as the photocopy).
  • One additional passport-size photograph (identical to the one on the admit card).

Exam Center Instructions

  • Follow these guidelines strictly to avoid any issues at the examination centre:
  • Reporting Time: Arrive at the exam venue at least 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card. Latecomers will not be allowed entry.
  • Photo Capture: Your photograph will be captured at the venue for registration.
  • Signature Verification: Your signature on the admit card must match the one uploaded during application. Signatures written in CAPITAL LETTERS will be rejected.
  • Login Credentials: Use the User ID and Password printed on the call letter to log in to the online exam system.
  • Stay Until End: You are not permitted to leave the examination hall before the test is over.
  • Call Letter Handling: The Preliminary Exam call letter will not be collected at the venue; it will be stamped/authenticated. Candidates selected for the Main Exam must bring this same call letter along with the Main Exam call letter.
  • Prohibited Items: Electronic devices (mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, earphones), study materials, and any unauthorised items are strictly banned. Only the admit card, ID proofs, and a transparent water bottle (if allowed) are permitted.
  • COVID/General Safety: Wear a mask if required, maintain social distancing, and follow any additional protocols specified by the exam authorities.
