Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Senior Manager - Project Finance – Infrastructure & ESG: CA or Full-time MBA/PGDM. Minimum 5 years BFSI experience, including 3 years in Project Finance (infrastructure: Roads, Ports/Power).
  • Senior Manager - MSME Credit Risk Management: CA or Full-time MBA/PGDM. Minimum 5 years BFSI experience, including 3 years in MSME Credit/Risk Management dealing with Credit Risk.
  • Senior Manager - Enterprise and Operational Risk Management: CA or Full-time MBA/PGDM. Minimum 5 years BFSI experience in Operational Risk, including 3 years at an operational unit.
  • Senior Manager - Fraud Incidence and Root Cause Analysis: Bachelor's/Master's in Analytics, Data Science, Finance/Accounting OR CA/CS. Minimum 5 years BFSI experience, including 3 years in Audit/Compliance/Risk/Governance/Fraud Risk.
  • Manager - Digital Fraud: Bachelor/Master in Computer Science/IT/Data Science/MCA. Minimum 3 years experience in IT/Digital area in Banking.
  • Senior Manager - MSME Relationship: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 8 years in Banking, including 4 years in Credit Processing/Sales of Loan Products with Bank/NBFC/Financial Institutions.
  • Senior Manager - Business Finance: Graduation and CA by qualification. Minimum 6 years in Business Finance in a large Bank/NBFC.
  • Chief Manager - Internal Controls: Graduation and CA by qualification. Minimum 8 years in Big 4/Large Accounting Firm/Banks in Accounts/Internal Controls/Internal Audit.
  • Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years; OBC (NCL): 3 years; Ex-Servicemen (with 5 yrs military service): OBC+8, SC/ST+10 years; 1984 Riot victims: 5 years.
  • Cut-off Date for Age/Eligibility/Experience: 01.10.2026

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • The selection process may consist of:
  • Application Scrutiny / Shortlisting based on qualifications, experience, and domain expertise.
  • Online Test (if held, minimum section-wise and overall scores required).
  • Psychometric Test / Group Discussion (if applicable).
  • Personal Interview — Minimum qualifying mark: 60% (General/EWS), 55% (Reserved categories).
  • Final merit list based on online test and/or interview scores.
  • Age is the tie-breaker for candidates scoring identical marks (oldest candidate ranked first). The bank reserves the right to modify shortlisting criteria and qualifying marks. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the online test or interview.

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Relevant Qualifications)
  • Experience Certificates (Appointment letter, Salary slips, Relieving letter)
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Government of India format (OBC must include Non-Creamy Layer clause, issued within 1 year of advertisement date)
  • Recent passport-size photograph (200x230px, 20-50kb) & Signature (140x60px, 10-20kb) for upload
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Ration Card not accepted)
  • Interview Call Letter and System-generated Application Form
  • CTC Break-up and Latest Salary Slips
  • NOC (if employed in Government/PSU/Bank)
  • Ex-Serviceman / 1984-Riot / Disability Certificate (if applicable)

2. What is the application fee for Bank of Baroda Special Recruitment Drive 2026?

  • OBC candidates: Rs. 850/- (inclusive of GST) plus payment gateway charges. SC, ST, PWD, ESM/DESM, and Women candidates: Rs. 175/- (inclusive of GST) plus payment gateway charges.

  • Basic pay ranges from Rs. 64,820/month (Manager, MMG/S-II) to Rs. 1,20,940/month (Chief Manager, SMG/S-IV), plus DA, HRA, and other allowances as per the industry-level bipartite settlement for bank officers.
