Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Educational Qualification:Minimum 12th passed from a recognized board/institution.Well conversant with computer packages namely Windows, i.e., Word, Excel course of DOEACC or equivalent from any Govt./Recognized private institute.Good working knowledge of Computer and internet/E-mail.
  • Typing Speed: More than 35 words per minute (English) on computer.
  • Age Limit: 18 to 40 years as on the publishing date of the advertisement. (No age relaxation mentioned).
  • Preference: Preference may be given to candidates with higher qualifications, superior academic credentials, additional relevant experience, or local candidates.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Applications are scrutinised and shortlisted by BECIL based on eligibility criteria.
  • Further Selection: The further process includes interview, assessment, skill test, or any other evaluation method decided by the Client/Principal Employer (AIIMS CAPFIMS).
  • Intimation: Shortlisted candidates will be informed of the date, time, and venue/mode through registered email and/or telephone.
  • Screening Clause: Possessing the prescribed qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for any stage of selection. Decisions of the Client and BECIL on eligibility, shortlisting, and selection are final and binding.
  • TA/DA Clause: No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending any test, document verification, interview, or skill test.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
  • All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets.
  • Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (if applicable).
  • Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
  • Two recent passport-size photographs & Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN).
  • Valid Police Verification Report (Must be submitted after selection at Document Verification).
  • Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents with one set of self-attested photocopies at document verification.
