Essential Qualification and Experience

• Ph.D. or equivalent in the appropriate branch with a very good academic record throughout.
• OR M.Tech./M.S. or equivalent qualification in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 02 years of post-qualification experience in Teaching/Research/Industrial/Design in an organization/Industry of repute.
• The percentage/grade points in the academic qualifications must be a minimum of 60% or equivalent grade from graduation onwards, and 55% or equivalent grade in class 10th and 12th.

Desirable Qualification and Experience

• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives from planning to execution.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with academic leaders, faculty, students and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage training schedules, events, logistics, budgets, documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with the semiconductor/microelectronics ecosystem, or prior experience in managing skill-development, training, or capacity-building programs, will be an added advantage.
