Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Post: Registrar Educational: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade from a recognized university. Experience: Must be a Professor (with Academic Grade Pay Rs.10,000/-) or an Administrator holding the rank of Professor. Administrative Experience: Must have at least three years of administrative experience in a university or higher educational institution.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for the post of Registrar at Puducherry Technological University is on a tenure basis and will be carried out through the following stages:
• Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
• Document Verification: Original documents will be verified at the time of interview.
• Note: No Travel Allowance (TA) or Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.

• Valid government-issued Photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.).
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) in the prescribed Central Government format, if applicable.
• One complete set of the submitted application form and fee receipt.
• Instructions: The offline application form must be downloaded from the official website, filled accurately, and sent via Speed Post/Registered Post to the address specified in the official notification, so as to reach the university by 31-10-2026.

• Yes, a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- is applicable for all candidates (General/OBC/SC/ST).
