Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Ayurveda Doctor (1 post):BAMS Degree recognized by the National Commission of Indian System of Medicine (NCISM).Valid registration with NCISM or an equivalent State Medicine Board / Council.Minimum 3 years of experience after completion of internship.
  • Ayurveda Pharmacist (1 post):B. Pharma or D. Pharma (Ayurveda) from an institution recognized by the Central / State Government under extant provisions and regulations.Valid registration as per extant provisions and regulations in the concerned State / UT.Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Preference: Ex-servicemen candidates will be given preference for both posts.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Application Screening: Applications will be screened against Qualitative Requirements (QR). Only candidates meeting the QR will be shortlisted for interview.
  • Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be intimated the date, time, and place of interview through the official channel. Original documents must be produced at the time of interview for verification.
  • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
  • Note: Vacancies are subject to change as per directions of Central Organisation ECHS, New Delhi, or the requirements of Polyclinics.

  • Obtain the application form in the prescribed format available on the ECHS official website.
  • Complete the application form and attach self-attested photocopies of all supporting documents.
  • Send the application by post to: OIC, Stn HQ Cell (ECHS), C/o HQ Jharkhand & Bihar Sub Area, Danapur Cantt, Patna (Bihar) – 801503
  • Or send by email to the designated email address specified in the official notification PDF.
  • Ensure the application reaches on or before 18 November 2026. Application period: 3 November 2026 to 18 November 2026.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

  • Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate / 10th Marksheet or Certificate) and Aadhaar Card (both sides).
  • Medical Fitness Certificate.
  • Registration Certificate of Pharmacy Council of India and Registration Renewal Slip (for medical / pharmacy trade).
  • All education qualification certificates and experience certificates.
  • ESM candidates: PPO, Discharge Book, ESM Identity Card, AWPO Registration Certificate, Degree Certificate of Trade Proficiency.
  • One set of self-attested photocopies of all documents and 01 passport-size colour photograph at the time of interview.
