• Applications must reach on or before 45 days (six weeks) from the next date of publishing the advertisement in Employment News (10.10.2026 to 16.10.2026), making the last date 24 November 2026.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for the Executive Engineer (Civil) post on deputation will be carried out through the following process:
• Step 1 – Application Scrutiny: Applications and CVs accompanied by supporting certificates and documents will be scrutinized by the Selection Committee.
• Step 2 – Assessment by Selection Committee: Shortlisted candidates will be assessed by the Selection Committee based on merit, experience, and suitability for the deputation role.
• Important: Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion are not eligible for deputation to this post. No written test or interview has been explicitly notified; selection is primarily based on documentary scrutiny. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for attending any stage of the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets (Civil Engineering – Bachelor/Master)
• Experience Certificates on Official Letterhead (10 years, Government Sector)
• Photocopies of ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years (attested by Under Secretary or equivalent)
• Cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, and integrity certificate (Annexure-II)
• Valid Category / Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)
• Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)
• Application in prescribed format (Annexure-A) forwarded through proper channel
