Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Essential: Degree in Law from a UGC recognized University.
  • Registration: Duly enrolled with the concerned Bar Council.
  • Desirable: LLM from a UGC recognized University, Diploma/Certificate in Labour Laws.
  • High Court Panel: Minimum 12 years of practice experience.
  • CAT Panel: Minimum 10 years of practice experience.
  • District Court Panel: Minimum 7 years of practice experience.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Stage 1: Shortlisting based on length of practice, infrastructure, track record, and integrity.
  • Stage 2: Interaction with the Empanelment Committee.
  • Note: Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee a call for interaction. No TA/DA will be paid for the interaction.

  • Download the prescribed application format from the SPMCIL Advocate Empanelment Official Notification PDF.
  • Fill the form and attach required enclosures.
  • Send the application via Speed Post or Registered Post to: JGM (Legal), SPMCIL, 3rd Floor, Tower-G, World Trade Center, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi - 110029.
  • Ensure the application reaches on or before November 14, 2026.

  • Copy of Enrolment Certificate.
  • Copy of ID Card from Bar Association.
  • Copy of Judgments of 10 relevant cases.
  • Copy of previous Empanelment orders (if any).
