• Note: The CTC is negotiable and commensurate with qualification and experience. Relaxation in age may be provided for appropriate or outstanding candidates.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Educational Qualification (Both Posts): Full time B.Tech / M.Tech in Dairy Technology with first class from an AICTE recognized institute.
• Deputy Manager – Experience: Minimum 6 years of full-time experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a Dairy Plant, out of which at least 3 years in Plant Operations.
• Assistant Manager – Experience: Minimum 4 years of full-time experience in processing and manufacturing of milk and milk products in a Dairy Plant, out of which at least 3 years in Plant Operations.
• Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak any two of Assamese, Bengali, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Age Limit: Not less than 28 years and not more than 38 years as on 1 November 2026.
• Age Relaxation: May be given to appropriate or outstanding candidates at the discretion of NEDFL.
• Who Cannot Apply: Candidates not meeting the requisite qualification and experience requirements, and candidates relieved from WAMUL / EAMUL / NEDFL within six months prior to the date of publication of this notification.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection of candidates will be carried out in the following stages:
• Preliminary Online Interview – conducted optionally as part of the shortlisting process.
• Document Verification Round – shortlisted candidates are called for verification of original documents and experience certificates.
• Written Test – eligible candidates after document verification will appear for a written examination.
• Personal Interview – final stage for candidates who qualify the written test.
• Important: Applications received through email will not be entertained. Canvassing in any form will result in direct disqualification. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates appearing for any stage of the selection process.

Required Documents & Instructions for Candidates

• Shortlisted candidates must bring the following to the document verification stage:
• Original certificates/documents relating to educational qualification, experience, age, identity proof, and latest salary.
• A set of self-attested copies of all original certificates.
• One recent passport-size photograph.
• Application Form (provided over mail to shortlisted candidates).
