Post-Wise Vacancy & Pay Scale

• Period of Contract: Maximum 03 (Three) Months from the date of engagement, or till completion of the mutation process, whichever is earlier. Remuneration is payable at Rs. 1,00,000/- per month subject to statutory deductions including Income Tax, Service Tax, and Professional Tax as per prevailing rules.

Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• The candidate must fulfill all of the following eligibility conditions for engagement as Advisor at Ordnance Factory Chanda:
• Required Rank: The candidate must be a retired revenue official, not below the rank of Naib Tahsildar or Dy. Tahsildar, who has previously served within the territorial jurisdiction of the Maharashtra State Revenue Authority.
• Documentary Proof of Rank & Service: The applicant shall submit documentary proof of rank and service, duly attested by the concerned District Tahsildar or District Collector.
• Clean Record Declaration: The applicant must submit a declaration confirming that no departmental, vigilance, or criminal proceedings are pending against him/her and that there is no conflict of interest in respect of the subject land.
• Relevant Experience: The advisor must possess adequate work experience in the relevant field of land mutation, bifurcation, and revenue record handling.
• Physical & Mental Fitness: Personnel engaged must be physically fit and mentally agile to perform the assigned tasks efficiently.
• Citizenship: Only citizens of India fulfilling the requisite qualifications as mentioned in the advertisement can apply.

Selection Process & Engagement Procedure

• Mode of Selection: Selection of the candidate will be done through Interview / Interaction. Suitable candidates from among the applicants will be shortlisted based on their credentials and called for the interview.
• Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through post or e-mail for an interview in due course. Mere submission of the application does not guarantee a call letter.
• Document Verification: Verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents will be conducted at the time of document verification in the factory. Admission to all stages of the selection procedure is purely provisional.
• TA/DA: Personnel engaged will be allowed TA/DA on official tours, admissible for maximum Economy class flight / AC 2-tier train / AC Taxi with approval of the CGM/OFCH. DA rates admissible at the 12th level of the pay matrix. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the interview.
• Contract Termination: The engagement can be terminated at any time by either party by giving one month's notice or by paying one-month remuneration in lieu of notice.
• No Permanent Absorption: The engagement will not confer any right on the personnel to claim the status of a regular employee. There is no commitment for extension of the contract period.
• Competent Authority: Ordnance Factory Chanda reserves the right to adopt any alternative lawful mode of selection in part or in whole, in case of contingency.

• The following self-attested copies of documents must be enclosed along with the application:
• Proof of Age (Matriculation Certificate / Birth Certificate)
• Retirement / Pension / Service Certificate confirming rank of Naib Tahsildar / Dy. Tahsildar
• Service Certificate Duly Attested by Concerned District Tahsildar or District Collector
• Declaration Confirming No Departmental, Vigilance, or Criminal Proceedings Are Pending
• Declaration of No Conflict of Interest in Respect of the Subject Land
• Copies of Educational Qualification Certificates
• Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / PAN)

General Instructions:

• Submission of false, incorrect, incomplete information, or dubious/bogus documents shall disqualify the candidature.
• No correspondence or enquiry through phone or messenger will be entertained.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.

• Any dispute with regard to the engagement will be subject to the courts situated in Chandrapur only.
