Skills / Eligibility

  • Applications are invited from qualified candidates for the following post under the ICMR funded research project.
  • 1. Position : Project Assistant
  • 2. No of Post : 01
  • 3. Job Location: JIPMER, Pondicherry
  • 4. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Graduate in Life Sciences from a recognized university with three years work experience from a recognized institution or Post graduate degree in Life sciences.
  • 5. Desirable Qualifications: Proficiency in both English and Tamil (speak, read and write) Computer knowledge (Microsoft office especially Excel & word) Experience in data collection, data entry, data analysis and report writing. Experience in PFT (Pulmonary Function Testing) Nursing graduate/MPH graduate/Physiotherapist will be preferred
  • 6. Salary: As per rules of ICMR Consolidated pay of Rs.3 1 ,000/. per month.
  • 7. Project title: Impact of pulmonary rehabilitation on pulmonary function, exercise tolerance and health related quality of life among patients visiting a Post COVID clinic in a tertiary care ntre — A prospective observational study
  • Pay Scale: INR 31000(Per Month)
  • Age Limit: Upper age limit 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be extended as per Govt.of.lndia rules.

Selection Procedure

  • 1. Short Listed candidate list will be published on JIPMER website.
  • 2. The date for the interview (off-line): 12 May 2022, 10 am at Pulmonary Medicine Seminar room. (JIPMER)
