Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must satisfy one of the following essential qualification criteria:
  • Path A: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture AND Master's Degree in Architecture / Conservation / Landscape Architecture / Urban Design / Building Engineering Management / Master of Design / General Architecture / Environmental Architecture / Interior Design / Any relevant Master's in the field of Architecture — with First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor's or Master's level.
  • Path B: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture AND Master's Degree in Planning (any specialization) — with First Class or equivalent at either Bachelor's or Master's level.
  • Definition of First Class: Minimum of 60% aggregate marks where class/division is not explicitly awarded.

Desirable Qualifications

  • One (01) year of experience in teaching, research, or industry in a reputed organization.
  • Specialization at PG level in M.Arch (Architectural Conservation / Landscape Architecture / Sustainable Architecture), M.Urban Design, M.Design, General Architecture, etc.
  • Papers presented at Conferences and/or published in referred journals.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Document Verification (17-11-2026, 09:00 AM – 11:30 AM): Original certificates produced for verification; photocopies and filled application form submitted at this stage.
  • Walk-In Interview (17-11-2026): Conducted on the same day after document verification.
  • Power Point Presentation: Candidates may be required to deliver a PPT on a topic of their interest, restricted to a maximum of 5 slides.
  • Service Conditions: The posts are temporary in nature, purely on contract (ad-hoc). Initial tenure is six (6) months, extendable from time to time subject to requirement and satisfactory performance. This is not a permanent government cadre post and does not attract regular pension or permanent job security benefits.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.

  • SSC / Date of Birth Certificate
  • UG, PG and Ph.D Degree Certificates and Marks Sheets
  • Experience Certificates on official letterhead (if applicable)
  • Details of papers presented at Conferences / referred journals (if applicable)
  • CoA Registration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Identity proof issued by Government of India
  • Recent Passport-size Photographs
  • Instructions:

  • Fill in the application form completely and accurately.
  • Report to the venue within the reporting time of 09:00 AM to 11:30 AM on 17-11-2026.
  • Submit the filled application along with photocopies of all supporting documents during document verification, before the interview.
  • Produce original documents for verification at the venue.

5. What is the salary structure?

  • Consolidated remuneration is Rs. 65,000/- per month for candidates holding a Master's Degree, and Rs. 70,000/- per month for candidates holding a Ph.D. Degree.
