Posts, Eligibility and Pay

• One post of Teaching Associate is to be filled in the Department of Agricultural Extension. The essential qualifications are printed in the notice as follows:
• a) Ph.D. in the relevant subject or
• b) Master's Degree in relevant subject
• c) Bachelor's Degree of 4/5 years having first division or equivalent overall grade point average
• d) Experience for at least 3 years in respective teaching/ research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associateship/ Training/ other engagements
• e) Published one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/ NAAS rated ≥ 4.0 journals
• f) Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor's degree and 2 years Master's degree should have the NET qualification

Selection Process

• Concealing facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification at the time of selection or termination even during the contractual engagement period.
• The contractual engagement can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason.
• The person engaged may leave the contractual service by giving one month's notice; otherwise one month's salary must be paid before leaving.
• No T.A. and D.A. will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
• The Associate Dean of the college has the right to cancel or postpone the interview for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances.
