Eligibility for Para Legal Volunteers

  • Essential Qualification: Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) in Arts, Commerce or Science from Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education or equivalent recognized by the Government. Good knowledge of reading and writing Hindi in Devnagari script.
  • Experience: Not specified, but preference is given to retired teachers/government employees, senior citizens, MSW students/teachers, Anganwadi workers, doctors, law students (until enrolled as lawyers), members of NGOs, clubs, women's groups, self-help groups, and educated prisoners with good behavior serving long sentences.
  • Desirable: Character certificate from two reputable persons (not older than 6 months). Physically and mentally fit. Preference to SC/ST, OBC, women, and retired employees.

Age Limit

  • Minimum age of 21 years or more.

Salary / Stipend

  • Honorarium of Rs. 750 per day.

Selection Process

  • Selection for training through interview.
  • Training provided after interview.
  • Declared successful after training and issued identity card.

  • Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format and reach the office by 27 January 2026 at 5:00 PM. Candidates can submit applications to the respective office (DLSA Rajsamand or Taluka Legal Services Committee).
