  • Fixed Component: Rs. 2000 per visit.
  • Variable Component: Rs. 100 per patient consulted (Max Rs. 5000 per visit).
  • Frequency: Physician, Obstetrics & Gynecologist, Pediatrician: Once a week. Ophthalmologist, Dermatologist, Psychiatrist, ENT Specialist: Once a fortnight.
