Selection Process & Screening Clause

  • Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview conducted on 13 October 2026.
  • Candidates must report strictly between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM at the designated venue.
  • No Travel Allowance / Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
  • Document verification will be carried out on the day of the interview; original documents must be produced.
  • Qualification and experience will be screened before the interview proceeds.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be engaged on a contract basis through A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd.

  • Updated Bio-Data / Curriculum Vitae on plain paper
  • Recent passport-size photograph
  • Original and self-attested copies of all degree and consolidated mark sheets
  • Experience certificates on official letterhead (hospital experience documents)
  • Scanned copies of Aadhaar Card and PAN Card
  • Valid category/caste certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable)

Important Instructions

  • The placement is on a contract basis through A-1 Facility and Property Managers Pvt. Ltd. at Tata Memorial Centre – ACTREC, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai – 410210.
  • The duration of the contract is 6 months, extendable as per requirement.
  • Age may be relaxed on the basis of relevant experience.
  • Candidates must report strictly between 10:00 AM and 10:30 AM on the interview date.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the walk-in interview.
