• Educational Qualification:10th standard pass from a school situated in Chhattisgarh or Madhya Pradesh5th standard pass for Scheduled Tribe candidates5th standard pass for candidates belonging to Naxal-affected families or residing in relief camps
• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (as on 01.01.2026)

• Desirable Qualifications (Bonus Marks):Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence: 5 marksNCC C or NSS C certificate: 5 marksKnowledge of local dialect of the district: 20 marks

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• The selection for SP Sukma Bastar Fighter Constable recruitment will be conducted through the following stages:
• Document Verification
• Physical Measurements
• Physical Efficiency Test (PET) - Long Jump, High Jump, Shot Put, 100m Run, 800m Run (20 marks each, Total 100 marks)
• Written Examination - 50 Objective Questions (50 Marks) on General Knowledge, Reasoning, Local Geography, Culture, Arithmetic
• Interview (Maximum 20 Marks)
